Batman v.s Spiderman's Gallery of Villians

Batman has all of his gadgets

Both New and Pre 52 incarnations

Batman has 20 minute prep after each round (having detailed information about his enemies)

Batman's wounds (if any that round) are healed roughly 30%

Batman is in Character

All villians are in character (except for certain ones)

Battles take place in an empty street in Gotham

Round 1 : Shocker (Herman Schultz), HammerHead

Round 2: Tarantula, Tombstone

Round 3: Vulture, Rhino (blood rage: Meaning blind with his attacks) , Mysterio ( Mysterio uses his illusions and special effects to help out Vulture and Rhino. So Vulture and Rhino must be taken out before Beck can be taken out.)

Round 4: Kraven the hunter (Sergei Kravinoff), Scropion

Round 5: Lizard (blood rage: look above) , Doctor Octopus

Round 6: Hydroman, Sandman

Round 7: HoboGoblin (Phil Urich), Green Goblin (Norman Osborn), Venom (Mac Gargan)

Round 8: Electro , Carnage ( Kassidy)

Considering Spiderman would have trouble with these combinations, I call spite. With perfect use of his gear, he makes it to round three, possibly. He would lose to Kraven, Scorpion, and many of the others with only his usual gear and vehicles. And he would need his vehicles to clear round three.
