Hell, I'm a Spidey fanboy but I'm going to go as far as saying Toxin could solo. He's a 75 tonner, ridiculous healing ability, and faster than Venom or Carnage, who are both faster than Spidey. I'd say he rips through Cap and Bane rather fast, KO's Wolverine not long after, and Spidey gives him the most difficult time. But, like all of Venom's spawns, he shouldn't alert Spidey's spider-sense either. That's Peter's big edge, but he doesn't have it. Spidey goes done hard once Toxin gets ahold of him. Wolverine may live, but if Toxin's going for blood Wolverine may wish he was able to die quickly.

It's hard, Wolverine and Toxin both have insane healing factors, so everyone else dies and they would just continue to fight it out until 2012 - when the world ends.

This is just toxin vs spidey and wolverine. Bats suffocates to death after spidy webs down his neck. Team 2 should win. Spidy could beat toxin due to more eperience. Wolverine just confirms it.
