Background: Batman just saw Frank murder a man in an alley during his night patrol. Both person eyes' met, intending to take the other down.
Equipment: TDK armor(2nd edition). Batman has 5 batarangs, his grapple hook and a smoke grenade. Punisher has a kelvar bulletproof vest, a grenade and an ak-47, fully loaded with an extra magazine. He also has a small knife in his pocket.
I don't really remember how the Punisher fought in that movie besides the one fight against the Russian and he only won that cos he smacked him with a pot of hot oil. Bale's Batman might not be the best fighter out of all his incarnations but people tend to grossly underrate him he doesn't have a lot of feats but dude takes down massive mobs of guys all at once multiple times in the first film without an issue and systematically took down a swat team of about two dozen guys while knocking down armed Joker thugs in between in the second. He's not impressive skill wise relies on elbows punches gadgets and shadows mostly but you gotta admit aside from TDKR the dude was a very impressive tactician in a fight.

No, this feat is obsolete cause the SWAT were absolute idiots. They had the drop on BAtman, with their guns aimed at him, then then decided to charge him and try to hit him with the guns. Not so unlike the other idiot in TDKR.
Then they're other idiots, especially in TDKR
He jumps off a step and punches some faceless thugs … who are apparently no ordinary thugs, despite having the amazing abilities to get knocked out with a single punch and miss EVERYTHING they shoot at with machine guns.
Not to mention KOing themselves by trippin on nothin (Top left corner)
Oh, and don’t forget the hundreds of police officers who walk really slowly towards Bane’s crack, machine gun firing mercenaries … who only manage to hit three cops.
