Batman, Spiderman, and Scorpion vs enemies

Batman (Dick Grayson), Batman (Bruce Wayne), Spiderman (Ben Reilly), Spiderman (Peter Parker), Scorpion, and Shang Tsung vs Joker, Penguin, Two-Face, Venom, Carnage, Hobgoblin, Quan Chi, Sub-Zero, and Sub-Zero (Klassic). starts in midday metropolis. no non-civillian interference (yes civillians can be manipulated to fight). villains get 1 week prep, heroes get 3 days. who wins?

In 3 days Spiderman and Batman can come up with weapons to neutralize their opponents. The villains aren't all particularly smart so they won't be able to do the same.

In One week carnage can whip up a small army of super fodder that are physically superior to the hero team.

Sub-zero beat scorpion in the canon story mode.

klassic sub-zero,two face,penguin,joker and hobgoblin> then the original dynamic duo IMO

so that leaves venom and carnage (and an army of super fodder) vs parker and ben

Batpeople and spiderpeople lose horribly.

Yes spiderman and batman are smart but brains does not give them a chance here.
