Batman, Spider-Man, Daredevil VS Joker, Green Goblin, Bullseye

The 3 heroes are tracking down their respective villaines until they all wind up in an abandoned amusment park. The villaines have teamed up and set the heroes up in a trap. 
Joker is armed with a machine gun, 2 cleaver knives, a flower that shoot a killing poisonous gas, a bladed shoe 
Bullseye is armed with 10 shurikens, 5 combat knives, 1 card deck and anything he can find around him. 
Green Goblin is armed with his Goblin Glider that containes a retractible blade, and 3 missles. He is also armed with 10 pumpkin bombs, 5 pumbkin bats and his electro-magnatic gloves. 
 
The Heroes have their standard equipment. 
 
The Villaines are prepared...the Heroes are not. 
 
Who wins?

Villains win. Since they are prepared, GG will be able to cancel spidey's spider-sense and then he might beat him. I don't know if bullseye with prep can accomplish anything but his weapons/ projectiles are too much and he might be able to tag DD. Joker with prep can be really dangerous, add his weapons that he has now, add also and his teammates and Bats goes down. Villains win.=]
