Batman (Bruce Wayne) in perfect health (both mentally and physically), full utility belt, knows who he is going to fight, had 24 hours of preparation. Knows who he is going to fight. And is fully recovered before every new fight. Full knowledge of the environment of the arena.

1. Scorpion (Matt Gargan)

2. Green Goblin (Norman Osborn)

3. Punisher

4. Hammer Head

5. Daredevil (Matt Murdock)

6. Sandman (Spider-man frienemy)

7. Iron Fist (With Chi)

8.  Hit Girl

9. Ozymandias (Watchmen)

10.  Rorschach

11. Daken

12. Nemesis (Millar world creation, Nemesis)

Takes place in the X-Men danger room, the opponent has control of the room

To KO, no death. Batman doesn't kill anyone. How long would he last? And explain to why he lost on the opponent. Ex: He lost to hit girl or Number 4 because...

Enjoy

He stops at Iron Fist I don't care what anyone says Iron Fist is a better fighter than Batman and I will not be convinced otherwise so there will be no point in arguing with me about this opinion

This is out of order.  Gauntlets are supposed to be in increasing levels of difficulty.  There's a good chance that Scorpion or goblin could take him out just on speed, strength, and maneuverability.  If he gets past them, only because of prep, Sandman stops him.  He has nothing in his usual equipment that can hurt Marko.

With prep, he'd take any of them. Without it, he stops at Iron Fist, Ozymandias or Sandman (depending on if his anti-Clayface stuff works on Flint).

Agreed. All things even. Batman, Darkseid and Luthor are DC's prep pimps

Yep, their Marvel equivalents being Doom, Thanos and Reed respectively.

@FadeToBlackBolt: Yeah Well I see Batman being Kinda like Stark and Bucky a lil bit. Underdog without powers that still finds a way. Doom and Luthor are close but i've said this a lot, Doom pwns all cept Thanos in the Prep department. And the only reason I think Thanos wins is via better Alien tech, more extensive knowledge of the characters or creatures he faces, and more experience with the Universe. IMHO. but I see it like Thanos > Doctor Doom >>> Marvel

Kinda pointless to post if you're gonna say that you will never be convinced no matter what, defeats the purpose of debate does'nt it?
and batman IS the better fighter, his feats of combat are superior.

And he clears everyone save maybe daken, dont know anything about nemesis so can't comment on him.May lose to fist as well. Can beat 7 of the 9 remaining guys without prep.Leaving the other 2(scorpion and sandman to be beaten with prep).

How the hell does Rorschach come after Ozymandias in this?

Also, Iron Fist takes Batman down.

1. Scorpion (Matt Gargan): Batman wins.

2. Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) : Batman wins
3. Punisher : Batman wins.

4. Hammer Head : Batman wins

5. Daredevil (Matt Murdock) : Batman wins.

6. Sandman (Spider-man frienemy)  : Without prep Batman loses. But with prep I see him taking this.

7. Iron Fist (With Chi) : Batman loses pretty bad here with no prep. But with prep I'm not sure.

8.  Hit Girl  : Batman stomps easily.

9. Ozymandias (Watchmen) : Batman wins. I don't know why people think that Ozy can defeat Batman. His only impressive feat was catching a bullet from a women that I don't think had ever even used a gun, and if I recall he barely did that. Compare that to a dozen of Batman feats. Even without prep Batman would stomp.

10.  Rorschach: Batman wins.

11. Daken - Don't know this character.

12. Nemesis (Millar world creation, Nemesis)    : Batman wins.
