Everyone has on their costumes and no gear, hand to hand only! Fight takes place in a park.

K.O. is the only way to win! After each bout, he gets fully restored health. Does he clear it or, who stops him?

1. Dare Devil

2. BlackPanther

3. Captain America

4. Death Stroke

5. Midnighter

Stops at three, but defiantly won't make it past 4 or even 5. I know for certain midnighter can take down batman.

Stop at three,and even if he past C.A. (IMO it will be 50%-50%) he will definitely stop at 4

I think after a long battle with Cap, he MIGHT win. He has lost most battles to Slade, so I say he stops at 4.

Deathstroke would be to much trouble for Batman, the rest before that, he could beat.

Black Panther has a good chance of beating him. Steve would be another tough match. If Batman manages to get past both T'Challa and Cap, he probably would not get past Slade.

No gear. He has a 50/50 chance against Daredevil and Black Panther. If this is the new improved Panther, his odds are much worse.

Very little chance against the Captain.

Almost no chance against Deathstroke.

None against Midnighter.
