I don't think so. I believe Iron Fist can stop the effects of poison with his Chi, so I don't think he knock out gas would cause him to lose consciousness either. I'm trying to remember when it happened, but I think Danny's Chi was severely weakened or drained somehow, and he was poisoned, and said he couldn't counter act the poison fast enough because he was so weak or something like that. I'd have to take some time to look for it through my comics, but I believe it is in Immortal Iron Fist.  Also, I don't think there is anyway possible for Batman to counter Danny's Chi. "

Which is funny because in the battle forums people almost never under estimate Iron Fist from what I've seen. But what do you expect, its Batman, and apparently to some people, he can beat anyone no question. "

The only realy fight here is Iron Fist which i think Bats will lose at if that were the last fight he would clear the rest but since its 2 thats where he stops

Potentially stops at Iron Fist or Spiderman.

Regular Danny could beat Bats anyway, but now with his Healing Factor he's super deadly.

Now the Spidey has Kung Fu and Spider Sense, he is a major threat.

Batman definitely clears this. Christian Bale, the actor himself, could also clear this.

Batman wins but I think the Black Panther fight would be awesome to see with Nightwing or Robin involved.

If I'm reading this right, Batman doesn't get any prep for Iron Fist. Danny's striking power is too great for Bruce so he stops at 2.
