So….. it goes like this: Batman has been living with the following characters for a long time, knowing there weakness, strengths etc, eventually he made a contingency plan, in case they ever go to the wrong side. Loki brainwashes the following characters, Batman therefore executes his contingency plan to battle the following characters

Without preparation, Batman could have either had a 50/50 chance of stopping against Captain America, or he would have been one shotted by Spider-Man. With the prep provided here, he stops against Black Panther. Black Panther and Batman are about equal in terms of intelligence and strategic ability, but T'Challa has farsuperior resources with the whole kingdom of Wakanda for him to rely on, and that is what would let him beat Batman in a preparation battle.

I think only Batman is getting prep here. But OP is kind of vague with the whole RP scenario >_>...

In which case he should be able to beat Iron Man.

Round 1: Somehow breaks Hawkeye's arrows and Bow, then stomps.

Round2: Somehow disarms CA, then stomps.

Round 3: Somehow confuses his Sonar sense, then stomps.

Round 4: Somehow confuses his spider-sense, and makes an anti-webbing pellet and suit... then he stomps.

Round 5: ... hmmm, Black Panther has no real obvious weaknesses, but Batman and him are on similar levels, and Batman contingency prep time is enough to stomp.

Round 6: Somehow takes away his HF, then stomps.

Round 7: Has probably implanted something into all of Tony Suits, as these are contingency plans, so there made specifically for each character... and then he stomps.

Bat stomp with essentially all the prep he needs as per the OP.

@patrat18: Honestly, if you think calling the eight smartest man on Marvel Earth an equal to Batman intelligence wise is underestimating him, I think you're underestimating T'Challa. Considering his feats, being called an equal to him is a pretty incredible compliment.

@dark_cloud_: He does with ease, BP and Iron Man might be around the same level in prep ability but even if they were far superior to Bats they don't know it is him they are preparing against. I'm not including Loki of course, without BFR I can't see Batman taking that one.

Not when he doesn't know who he's facing. Bruce has knowledge on everybody here. He won't know or see Batman coming, who knows his strengths and weaknesses, a guy who can sneak up on Superman. As in intelligence i've yet to see what puts Panther on Bruce's level.

Oh I agree. With one sided prep this stops at Loki as I said. All though mostly because the prep in one sided.

In new avengers he helped reed richards reverse engineer the bombs the new avengers are using to blow up planets, he's beaten mephisto with prep, he has not only beaten the silver surfer but robbed him of his power of cosmic, He nearly ruined kingpin, he designed a device to shut off typhoid mary's powers within 10 minutes and this was when he was in hell's kitchen and didn't have a small fraction of his usual resources, he also created a formula to depower her temporarily as well (and she is a mutant meaning he can tamper with the X-gene), he created shadow physics which he used to defeat doctor doom, and when iron man created an armour designed specifically to fight black panther T'challa still out prepped him (same iron man who is currently designing a weaponized stars and created the thor buster armour which held its own against king thor), he has tech which can deactivate skrull tech as well.

Black Panther would contend if he had prep. Since he doesn't he will lose and will probably get stomped on here. But he is on batman's level when it comes to prep.
