Christopher Nolan's Batman have ZERO feats of using tech, wits, trickery to overcome characters above his weight class. The closest he ever had was fighting movie Bane on his second attempt in The Dark Knight Rises, but Bane was depicted to be merely just above peak human in strength.

Meanwhile Comic version of Penguin hangs out with Comic version of Batman. Not an easy feat for Penguin if you ask me.
