Round 1: No prep, win by KO or incapacitation.  
Round 2: 1 hour prep, win by KO or incapacitation.   

Round 1: Team 2

Round 2 - Team 1 - Besides Deathstroke, Batman is the master of prep.

i doubt with one hour team one could overwhelm team two. give them a bit longer, maybe 6-8 hours and they could pull something together. i'm not saying they CAN"T win with one hour, i'm just saying it would be very very difficult.

Iron Fist and Cage could solo both rounds.

Round 2 No one beats Batman with prep time

I think in either round Team 1 could eliminate Cage via knockout gas or something but I'm just not sure they'd be able to take down Rand. 

team 2 take both rounds in a hour theres not alot team 1 can do. iron fist will channel his chi and luke will prep with what ever

As for the OP, team 2 should take both rounds. I don't think 1 hour prep would be enough.

As far as the OP goes, Team 2 easily should win Round 1, and Team 1 should easily win Round 2.

Now that I got that out of the way, I feel the need to argue concering @sirnicktheepic and @fist_of_mandalore's comments.

Deathstroke may be able to beat Batman in a random encounter, but he is most definitely NOT better than Batman when it comes to prep. And SirNick, none of the people you listed are as competent as Bruce Wayne with prep, except Tony Stark and Reed Richards. And they're not better, they're equal at best. The only human in both DC and Marvel that I can think of that MIGHT be better than Bats is Dr. Doom.

This. Batman is the prep god on this site, but he only has an hour of prep before fighting someone with bulletproof skin and super strength, and someone who can channel chi into a one-hit-KO-pretty-much-anyone-punch. lol

Both fights are tough wins for team two, but I don't think team ones combined efforts could find a counter in an hour let alone off the top of their heads.

Team 2 stomps. Both can solo.
