Captain America would defeat Batman.
Daredevil would defeat Nightwing.
Wolverine would defeat Bane.
When in close fights, where you could give the DC guys the win, because of their gadgets, in this fight I still don't see it happening and the deciding factor is Wolverine. No matter who he faces, they won't be able to stop him and he will cut through them like through butter.
Wolverine's only threat in the fight is Bane, who doesn't have any morals. Batman and Nightwing with morals on? They won't stand a chance against Wolverine. Their gadgets will most likely not work and when they realize it, it would already be too late. After only few seconds / minutes it wouldn't be a 3v3 anymore, but a 3v2 and then a 3v1 and then a 3v0 and then Captain America would yell at Wolverine and ask him why he had to kill them and Wolverine would be like: "Whatever Bob".
