Batman (N52) vs. Movie Electro (First Post)

This is my first post on CV.

Batman was transported into the Amazing Spider man 2 movie, and Electro is there and angry, so the rules are, Batman is in character and Electro is bloodlusted , location is NYC, Spider-man can't help, who will come up on top?

The two fight again but this time Batman gets 1 week of preptime, and all the other rules apply

Batmans suit is somewhat resistant to electricity and he just survived 1000 volts without any protection from his suit.

I don't remember if movie electro had any other abilities besides that and flight maybe? I don't remember. But as of now I'm saying batman.

Random encounter? I'd say Batman loses, he has pretty much no way to even harm Electro with what he has on-hand.

With a week of prep? He'd figure out how to overload Electro and make him explode like Peter did.

In the movie Spider man managed to defeat him practically on the spot and without water. Batman could easily find a weakness and exploit it.

Didn't Gwen Stacy come up with a way to beat him that they learned in elementary school or something? Batman is too smart for him.

Batman with prep time. Loses badly otherwise. He will be lucky to BFR himself.

With prep, Batman should win.
