Batman & Moon Knight vs Vulture & Mysterio

• Setting: Hell's Kitchen. It is a sunny day.
• Both teams get 20 hours to prep. Vulture is prepping his loop de loop. Batman and MK are putting their heads together to create Anti-weapons. Mysterio is planning the ultimate illusion weapon. No reinforcements.
• Standard gear.
• Standard winning conditions.
• In character.

I'm thinking Batman can use an EMP, infra-red vision, etc to see past Mysterio's illusions but I doubt Moon Knight could defeat Vulture (he did take on Count Nefaria with prep although if I remember right he had some help). However Mark might be able hold off Vulture long enough for Batman to aid him with flash-bangs, causing their opponent to crash.

Mysterio has actually confused Spidey's spider-sense without prep he's that good, with prep? The man is downright dangerous.
