Batman JL/JLU vs Black Panther EMH

Battles are won by KO. This is Batman from Justice League/Justice League Unlimited. This is Black Panther from Avengers EMH.

Round 1- H2H Combat. Rooftops at night

Round 2- Random Encounter. Batman has standard equipment. Battle takes place in a mall at night.

Round 3- 1 day prep. Rooftops at night.

I think T'Challa can take him, H2H would be tough but Panther has displayed knowledge of pressure points, while Bats hasn't IIRC, so I'd give him the edge in skill. Round 2 goes to Panther due to Vibranium weaponry/tech and claws, he dodged Caps shield I think he can dodge batarangs and other thrown gadgets, then it would come down to close combat again which Panther takes even easier this time due to his gear. I think I even remember Panther wall running without any kind of assistance for an extended period of time due to some vibranium/wakandan tech shenanigans. Round 3, I have no idea who the better prepper is, did Bats have any really good prep feats against another street leveler? It's been so long since I watched the show. I think Panther's superior base level gear might tip the scales here in his favor as well, vibranium seemed to be able to do anything in EMH. Need a weapon that can hurt undead spirits? Vibranium. Need to be able to walk on walls? Vibranium. Need claws that can shred Iron Man armor? Vibranium. Need something to contain a villain made of pure sound? Vibranium. Need weapons that can hurt intangible robots? Vibranium. Need to hurt a dark elf/half undead guy? You guessed it, vibranium! Vibranium, vibranium, vibranium everything!
