This one is close. Every combatant is of an extremely high intellect. I think batman and iron man can take the majority working together. Batman is a superior combatant to red skull and I think that iron many could handle doom until batman comes to help. But doom and red skull could take a few as well

Red Skull and Doctor Doom

With a year of prep time, it's not going to be just a fist fight. This is how they plan:

Red Skull and Doctor Doom are basically known for power stealing with prep time. Doom has taken the Power of the Beyonder and Red Skull with the Cosmic Cube. Iron Man and Batman are both gadget/suit building oriented. They'll likely come up with the most amped up suits possible to fight their magic/cosmically powered opponents. I imagine something like Hulk/Thor Buster suits mixed with Batman's gagets/supersuit.
