Midnighter has no prep.

@strider92: How?
@strider92: How?
BFR's them via doors, uses a pocket nuke and doors away or just out right kills them all before they can react.

That's all in his morals?
@logy5000: Yep. Midnighter has No Morals. He'd kill you as soon as look at you:
@strider92: Seems legit.

Midnighter's morality allows for him to do all sorts of things most people wouldn't, things like gruesome murder without hesitation, torture, and even killing his enemies as children or even babies, but he does indeed have his own set of morals. If he didn't, he wouldn't want to save innocents, wouldn't want to make the world better, and wouldn't be a hero. His morals just aren't such that they generate any mercy for people positioned as his enemies.
@buckshot: Perhaps the way I worded it was wrong but I think my meaning was pretty clear. Having no Morals basically means no restrictions to a code which you're right Midnighter does have a code but its just very laxed when it comes to brutality. As the collective understanding of the term "No Morals" on this site seems to be that a character can act brutally towards anyone and kill without remorse I found it easier simply to write that than go into an in-depth explanation.......as I have now just done lol.

Eh, I doubt the meaning was clear to people who have no idea of what Midnighter's moral code is, as it seems some in this thread don't. And it was further confounded by "He'd kill you as soon as look at you" for the "you" in that sentence might apply to the reader, or anyone else, and if the reader, or the general "you" is taken as a person not considered a villain, then it paints the picture that Midnighter would kill anyone at the drop of a hat, when that's not the case. Also, since it's commonly thought that Midnighter actually has no morals, I correct statements that further that incorrect notion when I see them.
@buckshot: Fair point.
Not enough to take out Midnighter. I think the PC is protected from EMP, but I guess Batman would know that if he has full knowlage. I think Doors would give him enough mobility to close any gaps team has. Even morals off team might be nicer then a normal Midnighter. I dont think 5 days prep is enough to beat Midnighter. Sure, BM has prepped for the JL, but he has worked with them for years, far longer then 5 days. A few Midnighter Videos isnt going to give BM what he needs. Midnighter wins.
