@life_without_progress: Honestly, I'm not a big Batman fan, and don't care much for him as a character.
As for Beast. Well, if this version of Batman can throw around 4+ ton characters, and smack around someone who can withstand being thrown through steel. Then he might have a chance.
But at the end of the day Beast is fully enhanced on all levels. Even his weaker versions could crush steel with minimal effort, leap vast distances, dodge bullets without issue, pull a tree out of the ground and swing it around as a club, and a boatload of other things.
I think his latter "more powerful" incarnations have shown him as being lesser than he actually has been portrayed in the past. But something to consider is that Beast was the original X-Men powerhouse. He took on the Juggernaut in their first two battles (albeit, a far weaker Juggernaut), he went toe to toe with Apocalypse, and quite a few other major feats of strength.
So honestly, if this is a classic or well written version of Beast, then this version of Batman better bring his A-Game, otherwise he's in over his head.
Thanks for reading,

He also tanked an RPG, he can destroy bricks easily with his punches, he can stop an armored van from hitting the ground, he can make the new Superman bleed, his armor is made from nano carbon tubes, he also took several punches from the monster that threw the truck but one thing he lacks is speed, he only has one fight against a fast guy and he had trouble.
