Without morals and prep I still see team 1 taking it.

Captain America are pretty much equal to Black Phanter in every aspect of armor, strength, fighting skill and speed, so their fight will go on for a while. Batman vs Taskmaster should be a roughly stalemated bout in martial skill, giving Batman's martial arts mastery and Tasky's body reading abilities, but I believe Batman takes the edge in skill, intellect, strength and equipment. So Bats gets the edge and could get the incap/kill after a lot of effort.

Dick gets the edge by a lot over Moonknight(I don't know much about him) because he as overall better martial art skill, fighting skill, slight speed/agility and equipment. Dick and Moonight's fight should be the quickest so after he gets done helps Batman finish Tasky(if he's still up) and they both help Cap finish off Phanter. IMHO

Team Black Panther. T'challa beats Batman via superior physical abilities, comparable skills and tech. Cap faces off with his nemesis Taskmaster. I'd give the edge to Tasky he's got Cap's fighting style down, plus more weapons and fighting styles. Nightwing and Moon Knight throw down with Nightwing coming out on top after a close fight. Tasky and BP double team him for the win.
