Batman & Cap vs a Chaos Space Marine

Gear:

Batman gets all of his arkham city gear.

Captain America gets his shield, a AA12 automatic shotgun, and 5 hand grenades.

The chaos marine gets a heavy bolted and flammer.

Battlefield:

Stalingrad 1 mile apart.

Versions:

New 52 Batman (can use pre 52 feats).

Current Cap.

The Chaos marine is from the thousand suns chapter. (can use feats from codex and from the other books).

Current Cap is an old coot

This is current cap just before he was aged.

They can't do anything to the Chaos Marine. Bats and Cap die pretty badly.

Without prep, Batman and Cap will lose.

With prep, I think they should find a way to win.

Chaos Space Marine from the Thousand Son's chapter... Well... that means Batman and Cap's heads explode.

EDIT: I feel I gotta point out that you give Marine's the oddest of weapons. A heavy bolter requires two hands even for a space marine, so why does he need a flamer? A Bolter, normal issued, is more then enough to penetrate and kill batman and cap. A heavy bolter really serves no purpose.

On the flip side, an AA12 is going to do nothing but maybe scuff the paint of Space Marine power armor. Modern grenades will also do nothing.

Not an expert on Space Marines but what I d o know is that Cap and Bat die badly.

Space marine kill them both easily.

The Chaos Space Marine wins.

The Thousand Son surveys the corpses of the two people he just killed in confusion. Why would an Ultramarine and a Night Lord be stupid enough to attack him in their pajamas?.........

Two mere super humans are not enough to endure the evils of Chaos.

And because of that, the Chaos Space Marines of the Thousands Sons won before the battle even started.

Perhaps Batguy and Captain America can take at least one Chaos Space Marine with them. Yet, the results are obvious, and bloody!
