How could you do this to bat....Scarlet win's he outclasses batman in everything except h2h which wont help batman because Ben is more serious then Peter...

The Scarlet Spider wins. He has all the abilites of Peter Parker but he tends to take the situation more seriously. Ben could probably take Pete in a fight. But yeah. Ben wins this
Reilly should win, unless Bats has one of his borderline plot device gadgets that can injure Kryptonian-class characters. But under normal conditions, I would give this to Scarlet Spider.

Cuz he's Batman and the world's greatest detective. He uses darkness and surprise to his advantage and once Scarlet Spider dodges a few things he couldn't have known were coming at him Bats deduces that Spider has some kind of extra sensory perception.
