Terry should eventually. He's been hit by much stronger people than Cage, and the suit's main weakness is piercing weapons and Cage doesn't have that here.

Terry's suit in the comics is also able to heat up to 4000 degrees, get stepped on by Micron who grew giant sized and left a foot print in the ground and Terry was conscious and making a smart comment to Bruce showing the suit's blunt trauma resistance. Terry himself was taking the future JLA albeit a cheap shot to the green lantern, and disabled WarHawk. Under Bruce's guide Terry was ready to take out the future JLA by himself but didnt because he had somewhere else to be and it could've taken hours. Terry is a beast.

i dont know Terry outside of the Cartoon,what weapon or device he posses that will take down Cage?

That attack was measured in volts, not current. A human can safely take on a million volts without harm, I know because waaaaay back in high school, my electronics class proved as much. I volunteered to have a millions volts of electricity sent through my body without protective gear. It never caused me injury because the current was so low. Volts does not matter, the current does. Typical misrepresentation in comics and other media.
@Matezoide: Well Terry does have trouble against MA fighters and piercing weapons mainly when he is on his own he has shown to slip up due to temper sometimes. But considering Terry is a brawler MA combo fighter and the suit gives him enhanced agility and reflexes, Cage might be hard pressed to catch him, If Cage can pin him down arms and all, he can win but it's easier said than done.
Terry would get his ass whooped, Terry has rarely won a fight on his own accord, usually scoring a victory from a plot device, or another characters interference
Take Mind Games for example, The Albino (who could be comparable with Cage) stood even with him until Terry threw him out a window, in the second battle he almost snapped Terrys neck.
I knew it wouldn't take DCs writers long to give him nonsensical, overpowered feats lol
