Adam West Batman wins by virtue of Anti-Batman Spray, provided he doesn't KO himself with it.

In all seriousness, N52 Bruce Wayne should take this. Him or Owlman, who is as I understand him a more ruthless, evil version of Batman.

New 52 batman or terry McGinnis because of his suit. TDKR has a small chance too as well as owlman

Terry's tech is leagues ahead of everyone's here. I lean towards n52 Batman though.
