Arkham City Batman can only use batarangs, smoke grenade, and grapnel. TAS is allowed to use full arsenal, with exception of special suits. TAS gets 1 day prep, AC gets 1 hour prep. Both are bloodlusted. Fight takes place in a deserted warehouse, with many rooms, and of course gargoyles. Who wins?
Batman (Arkham City) vs Batman (TAS)
Possible spoilers:
AC Batman defeated Mr. Freeze, members of the League of Assassins, MANY armed criminals and psychopaths, a few Titan thugs, highly trained security forces & Clayface....while suffering the effects of heavy poisoning from Joker's blood....all in one night....
I'm going with him lol..
@ImTheDamnBatman: Semantics. Batman: TAS and Justice League were all part of the same DCAU at the time. Feats that Bruce displayed in Justice Leauge should be taken into consideration. Unless OP specifies that only his feats from TAS are to be allowed
That being said, AC Bats was pretty impressive. Most impressive. But he isnt on Animated Bruce's level yet IMO
Bruce displayed better overall feats in Batman: TAS and Justice League. Including dodging Omega Beams at close range, fighting beings far out of his weight class on a regular basis in the Justice League series, and having some absolutely craazy tech.
TAS Bruce wins in a close fight due to having a better pool of feats, and a better variation of showings.
Actually, Christ I didn't see that you gave TAS Bruce 1 day of prep. He slaughters AC Bats.

You have described a game mechanic, which is far different from an actual showing. Now if AC Bruce ate a shotgun in an in game cinematic, and managed to survive it, I would count it as a legitimate durability feat.
But since he didn't ever do that in any AC cutscenes, it really doesn't count now does it??

I remember JL Batman ko'ing Sinestro with a batarang.
@Trinity00: Indeed he did. I was thinking more about consistent feats, but I guess that works too.
Giving TAS Bruce 1 day of prep ensures his victory here. TAS Bats is a prep God

But what has he done with prep in the cartoon again? all I remember is him kicking ass with out prep.
I'll have to dredge up some feats, as it's been ages since I've seen the Batman Animated Series or the Justice League cartoon....
I'll find quite a few prep feats from both series later on today, as I need some sleep currently

the "lol" at the end of my comment would seem to suggest the obvious...apparently I should not take such considerations for granted.
All in all, it is actually pretty difficult to say...I would think that AC Batman is stronger than TAS Batman - though the feats of the TAS version are apparently more impressive (I say apparently because AC Batman hasn't come into contact with the same type of rogues that TAS version did in JL/JLU - however, that depends if we're considering JL/JLU Batman as part of the TAS version).

JL is the same TAS batman they even mention previous episodes of the TAS once.

Yeah, I know...my point is whether the OP is comparing AC Batman to DCAU Batman, or strictly TAS Batman.

I guess we have to wait and find out.
