Team 2. Talia is the weakest of the four, and Elektra would make quick work of her. After that, I don't think Batman could beat both her and T'Challa at the same time.

Where does the fight take place? 24 hours of prep is a lot for people like Batman and Black Panther, so the environment may play a factor.

Talia is well skilled and strong but she is nowhere near the level of Elektra.She simply isn't that skilled.
