I back Deathstroke and the punisher. Deathstrokes superpowers really help.

Assuming this is a random encounter, Rorschach is the weak link here. He's a resourceful street brawler, but not on the same level as the rest of them.

Much as it annoys me, I'm banking on Deathstroke and Punisher here. Aside from Deathstroke's enhancements, the two will also be more heavily equipped - DS has his armor and they both will have firearms. Team 2 takes a majority.
