As for the fight, the version of Batman and Robin looks like the DCAU version so Swat Kats.

I honestly can't think of many feats for Batman's plane that come immediately to mind, at least in the New 52 Universe. I'm more inclined to say the Swat Cats win that round with their plot plane.
