 By the time they get to the 5th floor they'll be tired and injured so I don't think they'll get pass the 2 Caps but if they do there is no way they can go past  Wolvie and DP and even if they pull a plot device out of their asses Cap Cold freezes them in their tracks.

Well they definitely won't beat Round 10, especially if you didn't even them any kryptonite. Do character morals apply? I feel like Batman would be pretty shaken up with Deathstroke headshotting the opponents

I would say they only make to 5 or 6.
