I'd like to say Deathstroke/Batman takes this one, since it can also be ended by KO, Deadpools regeneration doesn't pose as much as a threat. Both Batman and Deathstroke are brilliant strategists. I believe Batman has the edge over Cap in hand to hand combat. I also think Deathstroke is just generally more efficient than Deadpool
