Robocop has no prep but he has his car and M82 Cobra Assault cannon.

Robocop Ends it easily in round 1. Not sure about round 2. Does batman have full knowledge of his opponent, and is it in the same location? I still wanna say Robocop, as Keaton batman didn't show weaponry that could take him down.

Murphy wins round1. Batman could probably stealth/sneak up on him, but even then I don't see how Batman could take him down in a random encounter.

Batman could possibly win round2 with prep.

Batman never did anything with prep for combat in the original movies. He broke come chemical formulas and blocked some signals, that is about it.

Batman gets shot, a lot, in round 1.

In round 2, if Murphy is smart, he does not even use the car and simply takes cover somewhere.

The Batmobile never showed durability to anything like a Barrett 50cal.

Unless Robocop knew about the good of Batman, he'd probably shove him in a freezer, and then say "Thank you for your cooperation." Man, I love Robocop.
