Both have a week of prep and info on each other.
Regular equipment and gadgets well be used and  he fight takes place in a abandon earth for round one.
In round 2 prep is 14 weeks and it takes place on a barren planet. who wins?

Thanos would beat Batman One Million in a prep battle and a random encounter. We are talking about villain who was able to destroy Galactus' helmet and smacked the Silver Surfer around many times.

BATman 1 million  with a passion his Tech & power and mind far exceeds Thanos. He is basically a cheat code from the future who would easily find away to get rid of thanos.

Thanos........on the account of him actually having prep feats.

Excluding cosmic entities, Thanos is only second to H.E, and there is no way in hell Batman can beat H.E, so Batman only has a way in hell he can beat Thanos.

But this Batman has 1045 IQ and Reed is said to have slightly above 200 and Thanos is slightly smarter than Reed. So going by ABC logic we could assume that Bats is smarter than Thanos. The only problem this Batman has is that he doesn't have any feats except for one shotting Bruce Wayne and hacking into batcave with no effort.

No version of Batman is going to beat Thanos.

Of course Batman would not stand a chance in a 1v1 in a physical sense, but given a few minutes to prepare ( Oh, the irony ) Batman1Mil would take the win somehow. I mean...thats just what he does. He wins. He really is a gameshark or hack lol.
