Batgirl vs. Deadshot

how good is deadshot? isnt he beaten by batman constantly?

He is good enough to give Deathstroke a good fight...and Batman. 

I say deadshot killer instinct stronger and faster

Probably have to go with batgirl. She has some pretty amazing speed feats like side stepping bullets so I think with the 22 feat starting distance she can close the gap and she does have some pretty good pain tolerance from what I have seen. She might be able to handle getting shot once or twice (as long as its not the head). I don't think deadshot will win the majority with this starting distance.

Floyd could take her, he'd reacted to Captain Boomerang (who has super-human bursts of speed).
