Um spiderman alone will take them both. Even when he is completely exhausted and hasn't slept in days he will still be moving much faster than the best olympian athletes.

Isn't the Spiders stronger and faster.??And can't Miles use his venom stings for a incap.??

Webbing can possibly be cut out of the air and since the OP hasn't specified starting distance this means they begin pretty close. Its a bit harder to use webbing in melee (not impossible but more difficult). If both Slade and Cass were pressing him at the same time I don't think they would give him the chance to hit either because they would be pressing the attack.

@godxdarkxopal: I'm more of a 616 Peter person. From what I know ultimate Peter is behind in strength by a good margin (ultimate Peter is a 9-12 tonner I believe), a bit behind in speed, has a slightly inferior spider-sense, equal pain tolerance, and doesn't have any training like 616 Peter. He's less accurate (all though I have seen some decent accuracy fetas like shooting moon knights crescent darts out of the air) with webbing but has a tendency to spray his webbing in large quantities.

Well he's still pretty impressive. He just doesn't have any advantages against main stream Peter.

Since the OP didn't stated it, we have to think that everyone here is "in-character" which means, "morals on", which given Team 2's physical advantages, even's things out.

With that said, i'm going with team 1, much more skilled, and they have both the most tacticle minded member and the only one that wouldn't hold-back, Slade.
