She can fly around and just blast cass and doesn't even have to directly engage her. Sure, Cass as a grapple, but I doubt she can grapple up towards her fast enough to avoid getting blasted.

Or, you should remain patient, refrain from commenting on a battle until you are educated on both characters. Again this isn't a CAV or Tourney where I need to post scans to sway voters. Her powerset is plainly listed and you have already been informed she can fight Spider-Man level characters who are way above anything Cass can do. Not only that, but Spider-Woman has a power in which Cass has 0 counters for Pheromones.

Also she takes a big punch from Spiderman and dodges his webbing despite the fact he has been able to tag bullet timers, and even morals on Spider-Man has some serious knock out power. I doubt Cass could seriously trade blows with Spider-Man or even hope to compete with him even under the context of these conditions.
