For the love of... Shocker has nothing to do with electricity. At all.
I can't see anyway for any of team one to hurt Shocker. His suit was enough to protect him from spidey's punches. Also shocker had tagged faster and more agile people than batman and nightwing. With the help of green goblin, team 2 should win this. =]

Mate Norman Osborn as Green goblin has strength far greater than both Bruce and Dick combined. Not to mention that he is faster than both of them.And Shocker's suit will protect him from any punch they deliver. So basicly prep time is the only chance for Bruce and Dick. But don't forget that Norman is genius himself.
