Bastion vs. Mr. Sinister.
I remember this fight when you first post it....I was relatively knew to the comicvine and the interface....
Interestingly enough is that that picture of Sinister( from messiah complex) is after Colossus: Bloodline which means that Sinister's power were greatly retarded in Messiah: Complex which explains why Sinister died in such a stupid way...
But in a fight compared with an optimum Mr.Sinister and Bastion I have to agree that Bastion would win....By incorporating Nimrod technology he can scan a mutant on a cellular level and develop proper counter-measures just by looking at him....
Not to mention that Bastion's human appearance is just aesthetic....You could blow him to pieces, rip-off his head, tear out his heart and throw it to the four sides of the Earth and he'd still combine himself back....
So far only mutants capable of defeating Bastion for sure need to have technopathy like Madison Jeffries...
Sinister wanted the baby, more specifically her DNA, to restore his deteriorating powers(which was confirmed in Colossus: Bloodline )
Nimrod can scan and assess anyone and determine their threat level....
Essentially Apoc is stuck between space and time....
Yeah....Messiah War......
Sinister teleported away after he attacked...he is a planer not a fighter....
He wants to control the battlefield.....
Inteligence-wise both Bastion and Sinister know everything about mutants.....
