Gohan reached Super Saiyan 2 during the Cell Saga. This is a stomp on Gohan's part.

I don't know what SSJ means LOL! Sorry.. If you mean no Super Saiyan, Gohan might probably win with a slight edge.

Beginning or end of Cell Saga? If it's post-ROSAT, Gohan should one-shot Frieza even in his Base form.

We have never used that acronym ever in my country (DBZ was dubbed in my native langauge by the way) LOL! On the other hand I believe Gohan will able to win this fight.. if my rusty memory serves me right..he went on the Hyperbolic Time Chamber 2 times before fighting Cell. Which I think is already an advantage because by that time Goku already know the true pontential of Gohan.

@vinomonster: Yeah you are kinda right my friend :) the problem is that he knows how strong he is with Super Saiyan but his base we never truly find out how strong it is

@icecold14: Gohan kills him pretty easily. Interestingly enough, we saw this in Fusion Reborn. The weaker Adult Gohan casually took out Frieza in one punch. The movies aren't canon but I think it's basically how the fight would play out since Frieza's power is really nothing by the time 17 & 18 show up.

@zaied: True but that Gohan was way more powerful in my opinion if i remember correct that movie supposebly takes place after the Buu saga no?

He should be about the same power as teen gohan. Remember even vegeta said this during the fight with the king of hell w/e his name is.

I remember during the Buu saga, Gohan receive an amp from Lord Kai that's why he is barely transforming into a super saiyan. I can see the fight more like the first meeting of Trunks and Freeza.

I could see Gohan winning.

@icecold14: Goku and Vegeta were both dead, so it would technically take place after Goku's time runs out on Earth, and before Gohan trains with Elder Kai. The movies don't really fit anywhere in the timeline, though.
