On the other hand I don't think Bart has the striking power to put down Orion and even if Orion could not tag him he could just use his tech powers and caught Bart off guard.

@elderskaar: Adult Bart destroyed Zolomon and fought SBP. He's has some other stuff, but those are usually the big ones.

@reaverlation: In terms of speed, impulse is the only flash member I've seen that can actively be run down by superman. He gets faster over time, but as a kid he's not super crazy fast.

Depends on what version, some versions have a top speed of Mach 8, others have moved faster than hunter zolomon(zolomon's can make time his #%^^^, and can slow his perspective of time to the point that if he wanted it he could have time stay still for him and be immortal). Has bloodied up and sent superboy prime running, one version was able to beat up superboy like he was a dummy, one casually used time travel to stop superboy in moments, one version was able to harm and match steppe wolf, with the final outcome being a 50/50 battle before it was interrupted.

Orion should win. Prime is a bitch, he's scared of most things, Orion's a warrior who's fought Darkseid and other beings in glorious battles. He's got the Astro Force, a Mother Box, great durability, plus if he gets pissed he goes full Darkseid spawn and starts wreckin' shit.
