I'm not sure what Blade can do. Last I checked, Zemo's standard gear includes a nano-protective armor that absorbs kinetic force and gives him like...energy fists. He also has a teleporter. Not sure how he'll fare against Blade though, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

As much as I think Zemo is awsome, blade has vampire powers and better swordsman.

He would win.

Blade in Lego Marvel SuperHeroes is awsome as.

I don't know enough about the first guy.

I'm going to say Blade until someone provides feats otherwise.
