Barakapool can teleport and has a healing factor
he can teleport that might be so, but he couldnt teleport hulk off of the earth... he has a healing factor? guess what, so does the hulk

How do you know the sword is that durable? Hulk got hit with a bunch of explosions and didnt get a scratch, but which movie version of hulk are you using? 2003 or 2008 version?
Ang Lee Hulk or Avengers Hulk would do best, purely based on movie feats. And Hulk may not overcome Barakapool's healing factor right away (assuming it is on par with Wolverine's but I believe in Origins they used Sabertooth's which isn't as great) but he can hit him hard enough to KO him. That being said it's going to take Hulk awhile to land that hit providing Barakapool is faster than Hulk (debatable, I personally think they are about equal speed combat wise). I think it's going to be a long fight but I think Hulk will outlast Barakapool here. Just my thoughts.
Yeah his admantium swords would work, just ask wolverine how that worked out....NOT! Hulk heals too fast for those swords to have an effect. Hulk stomps him. If he were smart he would teleport away from the green monster

Ang Lee Hulk only had a weakness with nuclear explosions though, while his dad was shielding him tords the end of the movie, the hulks dad was mimicing the hulk, becoming as big and a missle hit his dad and killed him instantly and it KO'd the hulk and turned him back into Bruce Banner, but thats of course alot different than Hulk stomping the crap out of barakapool.

no he doesn't heal fast, In the Movie of 2008 when Abomination stabbed Hulk with the sharp bone on his elbow, the wound still remains even if the fight was over and he was bleeding green blood. So meaning hulks regenerative power is not as much as impressive as Baraka. But his Durability is.
I think this is going to be an annoying fight for Hulk. Not only is he going to be stabbed by adamantium blades, but he will be hit with Cyclops optic blast. Which will probably just anger Hulk, if not do some damage. The time Hulk reaches Barakapool he will have already teleported further away, and keep stabbing and using his optic blast.
Barakapool takes this. I honestly didn't mind anything about him...except the stupid katanas in the arms. Had they not done that I would have been okay with the rest. Mainly because Deadpool already had a teleportation device, so who cared, and Cyclop's power wasn't that big of a deal.
However, Deadpool with Cyclop's power was able to cut through that smoke stack with no problem whatsoever (yet somehow couldn't cut Sabertooth?). I'm thinking between his teleportation, slashing weapons, speed advantage, and superior healing factor, he takes this.
