Ouch. Even with Prince of Orphan, Steve, WM and Valkyrie this is still kinda one sided, no? I think Cho and Banner ultimately figure out a way to bring the battle to an end without too many serious injuries.

Team 2 take this...

How does team 2 win? Banner uses his Bannertech to take down War Machine almost instantaneously bringing down Secret Avenger's strongest member. PoO, Valkyrie, and Ant-man are the next biggest foes but Abomb, Korg, and Skaar are all way ahead of them in strength and durability and should wipe the floor with them. Spidey and Wolverine can take everyone else down without a problem. Namor and Amadeus Cho sit on the sidelines. 

Yeah, this is an easy win for Banner team. 

I guess I over estimated team 2

Banner completely counters him, his forcefield renders him immune to his mist attacks and his martial arts. Banner will eventually disperse some sort of nanotechnology to attack the mists and neutralize PoO. PoO is powerful but not in the league of Banner. Banner is the most dangerous person here.
