Bane is bloodlusted and wants to kill him as fast as possible, can Fly, has infinite venom, gets 2 Captain America's shields and can spit magma.

World War Hulk starts unware of everything, has no armor and after 30 minutes he returns back to Human form.

so you completely rigged this? bane flies around for 30 minutes, then kills banner, since that is the fastest way to kill hulk and not get 1 shot, bane is smart enough to do that

Bane still has no where near the durability to take a single attack from Hulk. The minute Hulk lands a blow, its over. And you didn't increase his strength or speed to a degree to make it even. Bane's best case scenario is that he waits in the air for 30 minutes for him to revert to banner. However, a thunderclap can take care of that. Due to his flight and a 30 minute limit on Hulk, it could go either way, but I give it to Hulk.
