Bane vs Wolverine (read conditions)

Bane has a battle axe coated with the same properties as the Muramasa Blade (meaning that this axe can negate Wolverine's healing factor). Wolverine is completely aware of this; he won't rely on his healing factor, but his fighting skills.

This is pre-52 Bane without venom and this is the 616 version of bone-claw Wolverine.

The fight location is an empty Time Square.

Both opponents receive no prep and start 100 feet away from each other.

Who wins???

***EDIT: I changed it to bone-claw Wolverine since people think it's a stomp with adamantium Wolverine.

I'm hoping that you're not implying that I'm biased or anything. Bane has no healing factor whatsoever, and so he usually relies on his fighting skills to preserve his own skin. Wolverine, on the other hand, has the fighting skills as well as his healing factor. He should still do well without his healing factor, since he the skills to compensate. This should be an even match.

Okay, but as the OP it's recommended that I hold off on my own opinion on who wins. You think Bane has a 0% chance?

Bane has as close to no chance here as someone could have.
