It's interesting how folks feel bone Wolverine is actually a huge downgrade when it really depends on the fight. Bone Wolverine heals far faster than adamantium laced Logan. The only advantage the metal gives Wolverine is against top tier bricks, and folks with the means and the skill to behead him. All other street leveler types are probably more at a disadvantage against Bone Wolverine than the inverse ironically enough.
That said, this is a stomp, near spite, battle.
I actually don't see it in that way- funny enough. Healers naturally do very well against Blunt Trauma, even without Skeletal enhancements. I argued this with Strider92 in a Kaine vs Daken- No Pheromones, no Webbing battle. Daken, for example has taken heavy hay makers from Skaar and Thing without going down. Bone Claw Wolverine was hit by a truck going at full tilt and it barely slowed him down. X-23 was thrown into a wall by WWH and didn't take it too badly. Adamantuim is improvement, but not to the extent that many would see so against mid-top tier bricks.
Anyways, poor Bane. What makes it even more sad is that Logan is probably not that much weaker than Bane on Venom, and that his only advantage.
