Bane vs Wolverine

Bane gets three weeks prep (from what I've seen he plans well, not quickly). Fight takes place in the jungle: Bane has no weapons, no VENOM; Wolverine has his healing factor and all that jazz. Both know the other is coming, though not when or where. My money's on Wolverine, as I think his senses and healing factor/stamina are enough to tip things in his favor. He's also stronger than Bane, maybe faster, and -- practically speaking -- more durable. This is a fight to the KO, since Bane technically can't kill Wolverine, since there's no cutting through an adamantium-coated spine.

EDIT: Still no weapons, the three weeks are to plan an angle of attack, gain a workable understanding of Wolverine's attacks, etc. I will give Bane VENOM, though I've heard he's better off it.

Wolverine wins, because Bane's a street who is better at tactics than at being a brick. It doesn't help that this is an unfair fight.

I wonder what Bane can find to put down Logan within three weeks. It is difficult to prep for someone that you have never met in your life.

Even with a few weeks of prep, I don't really see what Bane would be able to bring that would give him an edge over Wolverine. 
Unless he uses his prep to find an interdimensional portal device, travel to the Marvel universe, and steal the Muramasa blade from Cyclops.

I used to hate debating against Wolverine back in the early 2000's. Ever since the Nitro incident, it's just not fun to debate him anymore, IMO.

Wolverine was formidable, but he could be put down.

He was nearly killed by Genocide in a recent UXF issue.

I mean, I don't hate the character. I can actually respect that he never backs down. He's true to his word. And he hates murderers.

But now that he's so powercreeped, I stopped caring. The answer to him vs. practically anyone is usually he insta-heals and guts his opponent. Where is the tension in that? Where's the challenge?

Maybe I'm reading the wrong books.

Even if he cheats and makes Wolverine run a gauntlet before facing him, it would take lower depictions for that to even work (Tieri's debut of Mr. X, for example). Higher depictions laugh off railguns and nukes.

When I think it can't possibly any worse, comics surprise me.

I realize this sounds hypocritical coming from a Lobo fan, but Alan Grant actually wrote him to the point his enemies could beat him.

At OP, giving Bane prep but preventing him from having weapons makes it impossible for Bane to win.

Bane has 3 weeks prep and no weapons, nice end to his life

Aye, it baffles me, too. It almost sounds as if Bane has three weeks to contemplate the meaning of life before he dies.

Wolverine destroys Bane.

Even if Bane gets equipment ... the fact they start off in a jungle with neither knowing where the other is, my money's on Wolverine finding Bane first and getting the drop.

Wolverine has superhuman stamina. Its not gonna be another Batman "Knightfall" scenario. Lol

Bane is'nt gonna make him run through a gauntlet,and even if he did he'd prolly use Cyber and Bloodscream(they can be hired for the right amount of money).

Still this thread baffles me.

Wolverine wins. Unbreakable bones, claws that can thought about anything, Animal like senses And also he is one of the best stealth fighters in the Marvel universe. Wolverine will kill Bane before Bane even feels his head being cut off

This way he has time to set-up his own funeral service and take care of his remaining personal matters.
