Bane Vs Tony Stark

Just a hand to hand fight. Stark does not have his armour in this fight. Fight takes place in a shopping mall. 
 
Fight 1: Bane without venom
Fight 2: Bane with venom

Bane is a great hand to hand fighter and amazing strategist. He's a smarter fighter without the venom, but stronger on it. 
Bane wins both fights.

H2H is in favor of Bane. Tony is a builder, not a fighter. He'd probably try shooting repulsor beams out of his wrists. Bane without Venom is supposed to be pretty crazy and strong as well as a master tactician.
 
If the fight takes place at opposite ends of the mall and they meet in the middle I wouldn't be surprised if Stark made a stun gun or something deadlier.

Sheesh, why doesn't someone find a match for this guy? It's either someone who stomps Bane or someone who Bane stomps.

dude all it takes is one hit from ether one to kill the other. 
(the hit from iron man being the satalite beam that he hacks into.)

lmao lock this thread. Of course Iron Man can win if he cheated with satellites or something he builds on the go but obviously the OP didn't mean that. Tony must've hurt the person who bumped this, he has 0 chance whatsoever.
