Bane cannot hurt the Blob.Even though Bane is faster and more agile, he will tire and then Blob will kill him with his superior strength.
Bane taunts Blob with all the 'fat jokes' he can come up with. Blob gets depressed about his weight and swallows a bucket of sleeping pills and dies. Bane FTW!
