The venom bane has let Batman draw blood from Superman. If it has similar effects on Bane, this won't be as easy it would against Pre New 52 Bane
Pretty sure the blood drawn from superman was just a case of the artist over exaggerating (stuff like that happens). Bane was pounding batman with the venom and batman survived the beating (barely but still). If it was strong enough to draw blood from superman batman would be dead.
@fernando072295reborn: I really hate that showing. Honestly, if people want to take that feat legitimately when villains enhanced with Venom where punching Bats sans venom, there shouldn't have been anything left....
@laflux: Me too. The art made it look nice at least lol. @jashro44: It's ridiculous. But he also sent Superman flying in the same comic. He still got one shot, but it made Superman look like a glass canon.
@fernando072295reborn: I think superman getting sent flying is just him surprising superman with his strength. Personally I don't think characters sending other characters flying really means much. Stuff like that happens a lot.
@jashro44: It's PIS anyway you look at it. Even if it were argued that all Batman did was send 220 lbs through a wooden wall, he sent 220lbs of superman through a wooden wall you know what I'm saying? Not to mention he should have broken his hands. It was just meh.

I haven't really followed 52, but do they go into specifics on what makes up the new venom? It could possibly contain trace amounts of kryptonite.
Wild speculation, I know, but it could possibly explain how Bane could draw blood from the Man of Steel.

There is no Kryptonite in it. Really it was just the artist exaggerating and batman knocking superman through the air. I really don't think its a big deal.
