Guidos heart issues are a problem when he is facing someone in the 100 tons strength range not someone like Bane. He would have to punch him for days for the energy needed to cause the heart problems.
Guido stood toe-to-toe with World War Hulk and even delivered a punch that hurt World War Hulk a little but caught his attention. Not sure if Bane could do that...

I thought this was a debate thread between two characters, not one talking about other people and trying to bring them down for no reason. Anyway, Strong Guy has this.
Strong Guy should be able to take this, as long as his heart is in good condition. Guido could probably punch a hole, literally, through Bane's chest, MK Fatality-style.

He only has heart problems when he keeps massive amounts of energy stored up for a long time without releasing it. He took a full-on punch from WWHulk and wasn't in too bad of shape afterwards.
