Master Roshi is at the exact same strength has Bane, who is on venom. 
Bane is on venom. 
No prep. 
K.O. or Incapacitation. for the win. 
H2H only.

Roshi,

Roshi is a far more accomplished martial artist, with a more diverse variety of techniques and Ki manipulation at his disposal

EDIT: Is this strictly h2h combat? Or can Roshi use Ki to amplify his strikes?

Nevertheless, Roshi takes this. It just comes down to a matter of degree

If the vid didn't say it, going with Roshi on this one lol he is awesome. Sucks that Z made all the humans pretty useless...they should have had more stuff done with them.
